Terms and Conditions for Printer Repairs Sydney

Welcome to Printer Repairs Sydney! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our services. By booking a repair, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide printer repair, maintenance, and installation services across Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Western Sydney, and Sutherland Shire. Services include:

  • Diagnosis and repair of printers (all brands/models).
  • On-site visits (subject to availability and location).
  • Preventative maintenance plans.
  • Toner/ink sales and installation support.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Same-Day Service: Available for urgent requests received before 12 PM, subject to technician availability.
  • Service Areas: Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside standard coverage zones.
  • Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • No Fix, No Fee: If we cannot resolve your issue, you pay nothing (excludes non-repair services like maintenance checks).
  • Transparent Pricing: Quotes provided after diagnosis. Final costs may vary if additional parts/repairs are needed.
  • Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash. Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Late Payments: A 5% monthly interest fee applies to overdue invoices.

4. Warranties

  • Repairs: Covered by a 3-month warranty, excluding damage caused by misuse, third-party repairs, or external factors (e.g., power surges).
  • Parts: Replaced parts include a 6-month warranty (unless otherwise stated).

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate printer details and access to the device/premises.
  • Back up data before repairs (we are not liable for data loss).
  • Disclose prior repair attempts or modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, downtime).
  • Issues arising from pre-existing faults or unauthorized repairs.
  • Delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, parts shortages).

7. Data Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may collect device information to improve services but do not access or store personal files on your printer.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Step 1: Contact us at hello@printerrepairssydney.com.au to resolve issues informally.
  • Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be mediated in NSW under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
